I hold my Recovery and Refocus sessions at my own premises, in Willington, Bedfordshire.
This includes:

  • Free parking
  • Refreshments and facilities
  • A calm and comfortable environment, overlooking a country garden – hopefully a fully relaxing time for you to step away from any pressures in your life

If it is difficult for you to get to my premises for any reason, I offer alternative ways for us to talk, including by telephone, Skype or Zoom.

The investment you will make is:

  • The investment you will make is:

    * New Chapter Personal recovery coaching programme: 6 months fully supported by 2 hours of face to face or in Julie’s zoom room coaching every month; full support online during the entire 6 months. My New chapter programme clients are ALWAYS welcome back for sessions when life gets a bit tricky from time to time or throws the odd curve ball and they need a reminder of what to do and some support. I reduce the cost of sessions for them as a thank you for their dedication and hard work during our time together

Breakthrough sessions are invoiced just prior to the session.

Personal recovery programmes can be paid in full prior to start date. Payment options are available.

BACS payments are easier for me if possible.

I am always delighted to hear from a new client who has been told about me by a concerned friend or relative.
Due to confidentiality, I can only book sessions with the person requiring support. Please pass on my details to the person you want to help, and give any assurance you can to encourage them to contact me.

Because every person and their situation are unique, I can’t 100% guarantee 100% happiness. But I am proud of my success so far – everyone I have worked with has been very pleased (or amazed!) by the changes in their life following my Personal Recovery programme.

One client said “You don’t have a magic wand, but you help everyone else find their own magic wands.”

Until now, there has never been a reason for me not to be able to help someone. There are no restrictions due to anything like age, gender, sexuality, physical health or mental condition, and I will never judge you on your situation or background.
It is only sometimes necessary for me to signpost people to other trusted professionals who can help them until they are ready to move onto my own Personal Recovery programme.
Also, I will need a parent or guardian to be involved in the recovery process of anyone under the age of 16.

I understand that things can crop up and will always try to be understanding if you need to cancel or reschedule. However, as it is can be hard to schedule appointments at convenient times for all my clients, I ask you to give me as much notice as possible and only reschedule when necessary.

Unless an unavoidable emergency has occurred, I will need to invoice for the full payment of a session if I have not received at least 24 hours’ notice of the change or cancellation.

I will of course give you as much notice as possible if I ever need to reschedule any session with you.
